Flywheel dowel pins are small yet essential to your engine and haven’t been available for a long time.
We now have them in the correct size and hardness for 25-36hp flywheels.
This crank pulley is made out of high-strength aluminum and is black hard-anodized.
The weight of the pulley with 170 mm diameter is 568 grams, the precise scale is laser-engraved.
With a perfectly manufactured oil groove the pulley is as tight as the original part.
The correct belt is part # 118138 with the size 9,5 x 905mm

The Type-1 engine came with many different pulleys and various ignition markings over the years. This makes it difficult to identify the 7.5° before TDC notch on the numerous models – but it is essential to know the right one to adjust the ignition properly.
You can solve this problem by using the scale template for pulleys. Just screw off the pulley bolt, take off the washer, put on the scale template and align it with the stainless steel pin. An opening in the clear plastic disc helps to mark the pulley at the 7.5° before TDC position. You don’t have to remove the pulley for this procedure!
The scale template can be used with all stock pulleys and aftermarket versions with 175 and 170 mm diameter. This is a tool which should be on hand in every workshop!
We have improved the quality of the 25-36hp flywheel seal by changing the material to fluorine rubber.
The advantage that fluorine rubber offers over silicone is greater resistance to temperature, friction and oil.
The net result is a longer lasting and better functioning main seal.
