Simple and cost –effective automatic fire suppression!
The BLAZECUT system is designed for protection of small enclosures with greater risk of fire.
BLAZECUT operates automatically without any power supply by detecting higher temperatures.
When the temperature in the protected enclosure rises to a critical threshold,
the heat sensitive BLAZECUT Tube melts down at the point where the affecting temperature is the highest.
Melting the BLAZECUT Tube creates a hole releasing the entire extinguishing agent stored in the BLAZECUT Tube directly onto the source of the fire.
Features:
Universal use: high flexibility of BLAZECUT Tube and A,B,C and electrical fires class rating can protect almost any space
High cost-effectivity: zero maintenance, long working life, automatic activation beats the competition in cost-effevtivity
No cylinder for storage of extinguishing agend needed: the whole system can be placed inside the protected enclosure
Clean and effective extinguishing agent: world wide known and accepted HFC gases
Automatic operation based on increased temperature: ideal for non-occupied spaces or spaces out of sight
Long working life: 5-10 years depending on the type of application
Nor harm to protected enclosure and people when discharged
Very simple installation: no training required for installation
Pressure gauge to monitor the pressure at any time
Low operation temperatures: up to -40°C
Activation temperature: about 120°C

This high-quality Pierburg fuel check valve is available for 8 mm fuel line.
It lets the fuel flow in one direction only and prevents lines from running empty, for example.
For safety reasons, the fuel pump must not pump when the engine is at a standstill.
What is no issue with a mechanical fuel pump becomes interesting when retrofitting to an electric fuel pump.
Here, a shutdown relay must ensure that the pump does not run when the engine is stationary. Legislation made this mandatory for good reasons.
In the event of an accident, no one wants fuel to be pumped out of the tank to act as a fire accelerant.
When the ignition is switched on, the relay switches the fuel pump on for about 2 seconds and then shuts it down again.
This avoids a risk of overheating of the pump. The relay then switches on only when a running motor is detected via the connection to the ignition coil. If the engine stops, the relay disconnects the power supply of the fuel pump.
Can be used with conventional ignition systems. The resistance of the ignition coil must not be less than 2 ohms at the primary winding.
Compatible with 123 Ignition, Bosch 009, contactless ignition Ignitor, interrupter contact etc.
