It is molded from high compression zinc die-cast housing and properly sealed to prevent fuel vapors getting into the cabin.

This sensors fits for standard oil temperature instruments with a display range up to 150°C / 300°F (e.g., VDO, Smith, Racimex). The sensor is available with an M14 x 1.5 thread and have an optional ground tab that allows direct grounding if this cannot be done via the connection thread. Thanks to their compact design and slim measuring tip, the sensor can also be used in limited spaces.
