With these plastic caps the Type-1 dual port engine short-block can be sealed for transport or storage. The engine case can be covered with perfect fit flange caps for oil cooler, alternator stand and fuel pump. A conical plug is included for the distributor drive.

Engine case splitter Type 1, Type 4 and WBX

This tool is CNC machined from aluminum and very useful for engine cases with shuffel pins. Simply plug into the oil pump apperture and then carefully twist apart. In conjunction with a lever on the flywheel side, the case can now be easily separated because the case splitter creates a fixed point. Of course, it also works perfectly with normal Type-1, Type-4 and Waterboxer cases.
